USBC Power Supply

This is a power supply that sources power from a standard USBC-Power Delivery source and has two switching adjustable buck/boot regulator outputs for a positive and negative supply as well as a 5V, 3.3V, and 2.5V external output.

The main system is controllable through USB serial commands,  a touchscreen interface, or a 10-pin header capable of I2C and SPI communication.
